Introduction – Adobe Flex Certification Blog

I have been working on Java technologies for a long time. Working on Jsp, Ajax, javascript was always not easy if we had complex UI requirements. We have been hearing about Rich Internet Application RIA’s for quite some time now. Flex seems to be a good option in this area. For an upcoming project I started looking into flex. While I starting reading about Flex. I though that why not look for a certification in this area so that the learning can be more formalized. So this blog is by a person who want’s to learn flex and get certified in flex. I am trying to set up the deadlines for the Certification and set up some goals so that I can learn flex as well as get certified. Here is my Adobe Flex Certification Blog

Now as you know that I am thinking about preparing for the Adobe Flex 3 with AIR exam to become an Adobe Certified Expert (ACE). It would be nice if I can get some feedback from the folks who have already gone through the process and earned the certification. As everybody else I have a mixed feeling about getting certified in the age of google where information is readily available on demand. But I guess that reading for certification will help me in pushing myself to read, be little bit more organized and set up some deadlines. Also preparing for certification will provide me a full overview of flex capabilities which I may not get while working on a project.
